Alice M. Ostdiek is a shareholder in Stradling’s Public Finance and Public Law practice groups.
Alice has spent more than 15 years focusing on municipal finance issues, serving clients in the Pacific Northwest as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters’ counsel, and in other related roles on public infrastructure financing transactions. Her experience includes multi-purpose general obligation issues; water, sewer, electric and gas utility issues; transportation financing; special revenue financings (e.g., lease revenue and special sales tax revenue); and conduit transactions with private or nonprofit borrowers, including tax credit and 63-20 transactions.
