AppFolio Acquires Advanced AI Tech Provider Dynasty Marketplace

Stradling advised AppFolio Inc., a Santa Barbara provider of cloud-based business software for the real estate and legal markets, in its acquisition of Dynasty Marketplace Inc. Buying Dynasty Marketplace is expected to enhance and strengthen AppFolio’s artificial intelligence products and services for the real estate vertical market. Once acquired, Dynasty will continue to offer its customers advanced conversational artificial intelligence solutions such as LISA, a leasing tool that responds to inquiries via text messages and email and manages scheduling for onsite showings. As part of the acquisition, Dynasty’s team will join AppFolio.
