ArtCraft Entertainment, Inc. Completes Title III Equity Crowdfunding

Represented ArtCraft Entertainment, Inc. with the completion of a Title III/Regulation CF equity crowdfunding, raising $670,000. The offering was featured as part of the launch of a new equity crowdfunding platform, a joint venture of Indiegogo and Microventures. ArtCraft’s raise places it in the top 10 most successful Title III equity crowdfunding campaigns historically, and is the first (and therefore the largest) Title III crowdfunding raise done for a video game studio. Stradling previously advised Crowfall in raising $2.69 million of seed funding from Moonshots Capital, Royal Street Ventures and other undisclosed investors in late 2016.

ArtCraft is an independent video game developer. Its first game currently under development is Crowfall, a new type of massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG).
