Represented AppFolio, Inc., a provider of cloud-based software solutions, in its approximately $86 million initial public offering achieved through an offering of 7,130,000 shares of its Class A common stock.

Represented CKE Enterprises in its sale to Apollo Global Management through a $704.12 million public to private LBO. The deal was financed $100 million of revolving credit line arranged by Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and RBC Capital and $600 million of bridge financing from other lenders.

Represented AppFolio, Inc., in its approximately $60 million acquisition of Dynasty Marketplace, Inc., an advanced artificial intelligence technology provider for the real estate market.

Represented The Word & Brown Companies with the sale of HealthCompare, Quotit, and a book of Medicare and individual and family plan-focused business to National General Holdings Corp. for an undisclosed sum.

Represented LogicMonitor, Inc. in a $130 million investment from Providence Strategic Growth, the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners, a $45 billion global private equity firm. The investment will be used to continue LogicMonitor’s global market expansion as the leading modern IT infrastructure performance monitoring solution.
