The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) released regulations and updated its FAQs on the Emergency Paid Sick Leave (EPSL) and Expanded provided under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). This Alert provides information on some of the more important issues addressed by the regulations and FAQs, as well as links to both documents.
