COVID-19 Client Alert Series - California Rolls Back Reopening

Jeff Dinkin, chair of Stradling's Employment Law practice group, and associate Sean Piers authored a client alert discussing the recent changes in which California limits indoor activities for some businesses and shuts down others. On July 13, 2020, Governor Newsom announced that some sectors of the economy would be required to cease indoor operations or close their doors in response to statewide increase in COVID-19 cases.
