Clearlake Capital Announces Investment in NetDocuments

Represented Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. with its investment in NetDocuments, a leading provider of secure cloud-based document management, email management, and collaboration solutions for law firms and corporate legal and compliance departments. Clearlake Capital reached a definitive agreement to acquire NetDocuments. The new platform investment from Clearlake Capital will help NetDocuments accelerate growth by continuing product development.
Clearlake Capital Group is a private investment firm founded in 2006. The firm’s target sectors include software and technology-enabled services, industrials and energy, and consumer. Clearlake currently manages approximately $3 billion of equity capital. Read the press release.
