Clearlake Capital-Backed ConvergeOne Acquires Strategic Products and Services

Represented Clearlake Capital Group-backed ConvergeOne with its acquisition of Strategic Products and Services (“SPS”), a global, multivendor communication and networking managed service provider. This acquisition solidifies ConvergeOne’s position as a leading provider of collaboration and IT enabled solutions in the market today. Financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed. 

ConvergeOne is a leading IT services provider of collaboration and technology solutions. Clearlake Capital Group is a private investment firm founded in 2006. The firm’s target sectors include software and technology-enabled services, industrials and energy, and consumer.
