Clearlake Capital Group Acquires Movero

Represented Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its acquisition of Movero, Inc., a mobility management services expert. A new company, Calero Software, LLC, was formed out of the deal, which will provide Communications Lifecycle Management ("CLM") software and related solutions to enterprises globally. Calero is wholly owned by Clearlake.
