Clearlake-Backed FrontRange Solutions Acquires Absolute Manage and Absolute Service Divisions

Represented FrontRange Solutions, a portfolio company of Stradling client Clearlake Capital Group, in its acquisition of the Absolute Manage and Absolute Service divisions from Absolute Software Corporation pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement executed in mid-September 2015.

FrontRange Solutions is a subsidiary of HEAT Software, a global provider of Hybrid Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management solutions for organizations of all sizes. Absolute Software Corporation, a publicly traded company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is an industry leader in persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions. The Absolute Manage division acquired in the transaction comprises an integrated Client and Enterprise Mobility Management software solution, and the Absolute Service division acquired in the transaction comprises an IT Service Management Help Desk solution that enables automation of Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes.
