Stradling advised Digital-Telepathy, a San Diego-based design firm in its sale to ServiceNow Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Digital-Telepathy specializes in user experience design for startups. ServiceNow is a cloud computing and enterprise software company headquartered in Santa Clara. Digital-Telepathy will be integrated with ServiceNow’s design experience and product development teams, according to a news post.
