HAAWK, Inc. Secures Series Seed Financing

Represented HAAWK, Inc. in its $2.5 million Series Seed Preferred Stock financing. HAAWK acts as the “copyright police” for its clients by monitoring, monetizing and enforcing copyrights on every major UGC platform. The investors included Stradling clients Rincon Venture Partners (the lead investor) and Draper Frontier VC, as well as other seed funds and angel investors.
