Planet ATE Completes Acquisition by Intersil, Inc. for $46 Million

Represented Planet ATE, Inc. in its $46 million acquisition by Intersil, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISIL). We worked closely with the CEO and CFO at all stages of the development and financing of Planet ATE, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, and led the final on-site negotiation of its acquisition by Intersil and resolved all remaining negotiation points favorably for Planet ATE to close the deal.
