Judy Hong Furth is an associate in Stradling’s Public Finance practice group.

Judy represents municipal issuers, mainly school districts and community college districts, underwriters, commercial banks and nonprofit organizations as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, lender’s counsel, borrower’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel in the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable financings. She has represented both public and private sector clients in secured project finance and public-private partnership transactions.
