Lori C. Trujillo is Of Counsel in Stradling's Corporate & Securities department and its Technology Transactions practice group.
She represents clients in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and technology sectors, and has significant experience managing and negotiating complex intellectual property, technology and other commercial transactions for subject matter ranging from medical devices to software, pharmaceuticals, emerging technologies, immunological therapies, the Internet, IoT and new media. By providing practical and focused counsel, Lori helps her clients maximize business growth, value and returns.
Lori also has background in the life sciences, including as a research associate in UCLA's Department of Integrative Biology and Physiology.
Prior to Stradling, Lori was an associate at Sidley Austin in its downtown Los Angeles office, practicing in its Corporate and Finance group as a primary member of the Technology and IP Transactions team. Prior to joining Sidley, she worked at an intellectual property firm and has extensive domestic and global experience with all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution and litigation, trademarks and copyright matters, and complex transactions.
