LottoGopher Completes Merger and Listing on Canadian Stock Exchange

Represented Galaxy Group LA, LLC (dba LottoGopher) in connection with its merger with LottoGopher Holdings Inc., a Canadian corporation, and the combined companies simultaneously closed a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of $3,505,750. On May 23, 2017, the merged company commenced listing on the Canadian Stock Exchange (CNSX:LOTO).

LottoGopher is a lottery messenger service that allows users to easily order and manage their state lottery tickets online using a debit or credit card.
