Netsurit (Pty) Ltd Completes Acquisition of Marathon Consulting, LLC

On November 23, 2016, Netsurit (Pty) Ltd, a South African company, completed its acquisition of Marathon Consulting, LLC, a New York corporation, through the merger of Marathon with and into Netsurit, Inc., a Nevada subsidiary, for cash and shares in its South African parent. The sellers will receive additional shares in Netsurit (Pty) Ltd if the acquired business achieves certain EBITDA targets in the upcoming financial year.
