Nick E. Yocca

Nick E. Yocca is a late founding partner of Stradling.

Nick's practice focused on corporate and securities law matters, and he had extensive experience in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing and cooperative arrangements, as well as in general corporate representation and organization.

His client companies ranged from emerging growth businesses to Fortune 500 corporations and covered a broad range of industries, including:

Nick was an instructor at Michigan Law School, his alma mater, in 1958-1959 and served as vice president and general counsel of Oceaneering International from 1975 to 1980.

He received the Jurisprudence Award from the Anti-Defamation League in 1998. In addition, he served as a director of the Orange County Business Council and was a member of the National Legal Committee of the American Electronics Association.
