Our traditional real estate practice involves the representation of retail, industrial, office and residential developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real property acquisition, financing, development, construction, leasing, management, syndication, exchange, and disposition.
The firm has developed specialized expertise in matters related to shopping center development, including site acquisition, disposition, regulatory approvals, joint ventures, finance, leasing, operations, reciprocal access and easement agreements, CC&Rs, and tenant disputes.
