Represented Rohl, LLC in its acquisition by Fortune Brands Home & Security (NYSE: FBHS) for an undisclosed amount. Rohl is a luxury plumbing fixtures brand and, in the early 1980s, was the first to identify the pull-out kitchen faucet as a unique opportunity for new product innovation. Fortune Brands is a home and security products company whose plumbing segment is led by the Moen brand.
