Ryan C. Wilkins

Ryan represents many of the firm’s public company and investment banking clients and focuses on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SEC and FINRA compliance, and corporate governance matters. Ryan has assisted public companies, investment banks and institutional investors in numerous corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements. He has also assisted public and private companies in a myriad of merger, divestiture and recapitalization transactions. Ryan also has considerable experience working with public companies on matters relating to SEC compliance, stock exchange listing and compliance, corporate governance, executive compensation and government investigations.

Ryan earned three varsity letters in football from UCLA and was a member of two PAC-10 championship teams. He earned the Jackie Robinson Memorial Award for Overall Excellence (2000) and played in the Rose Bowl (1999), the Cotton Bowl (1998) and the Sun Bowl (2000).

Ryan was named a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2015 and 2016. He also received the "Champion's Award for Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year" by ACG New York in 2011.
