Shelly Teleoglou is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Tax practice groups.
Shelly’s practice focuses on tax planning for businesses and individuals, mergers, acquisitions, and spinoffs, and other transactional matters. She advises clients on tax law issues, including federal corporate partnership, and individual tax as well as state and local tax. Shelly also has experience in private equity fund formation and tax controversies.
