Shelly Teleoglou is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Tax practice groups.
Shelly’s practice focuses on tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional business matters. She advises clients on tax law issues, including federal corporate and partnership tax as well as state and local tax. Shelly also has experience drafting private offering materials, business organizational documents, and other business agreements.
