Shoshana Zimmerman

Shoshana is experienced in drafting and negotiating agreements, including purchase agreements and ancillary documentation. Her representative transactions include mergers, stock purchases, asset sales, joint ventures, debt purchases and debt issuances, with an additional focus in acquisition financing and general corporate governance work for California and Delaware entities.

Prior to joining Stradling, Shoshana practiced in the corporate department at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in Los Angeles, where she represented private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, both international and domestic.
