Sproose Holdings, Inc. Completes Series Seed Preferred Stock Financing
Represented Sproose Holdings, Inc., a high-end luxury provider of Botox and other injectables, in its $2.5 million Series Seed Preferred Stock offering led by Forerunner Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm that invests in commerce companies. The money raised will be used for product development and commercialization.
The Newport Beach-based team representing Sproose Holdings included Mark Skaist and Arash Lessantiz.
