Stephen L. Ram is a partner in Stradling's Business Litigation and Securities Litigation practice groups.

Steve's practice concentrates on complex business and commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including mergers and acquisitions disputes, securities fraud, derivative suits, class action defense, and contract and business tort disputes, representing a broad range of clients from startups to public companies.

Prior to joining Stradling, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Manuel L. Real of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. While in law school, he was an extern for the late Honorable William J. Rea of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Prior to law school, Steve was a teacher and coach at Damien High School. He continues to coach mock trial teams at local high schools.
