Represented Syndio Solutions, Inc. in connection with the first closing of its $650,000 Series Seed Preferred Stock financing round. Syndio is a venture-backed people analytics company working at the intersection of HR, big data, machine learning, and relational analytics to solve enterprise business problems in entirely new ways. The investors included Stradling clients Draper Frontier VC and Calvello Investments.
