Syndio Solutions, Inc. Closes $5.2M Financing

Represented Syndio Solutions, Inc. in connection with the final closing of its approximately $5.2 million Series Seed-1 Preferred Stock financing round. Sirius was the lead investor in the round, with existing investors (and Stradling clients) Calvello Investments and Frontier VC also participating. 

Syndio provides a SaaS-based HR platform that helps companies use data to improve their corporate culture, attract and retain the best employees, and mitigate employment related risk.
