Traffic Worx Converts from LLC to Corporation and Completes SAFE Financing

Represented Traffic Worx LLC in connection with its conversion from an LLC to a corporation, Xtelligent, Inc. Xtelligent subsequently received an investment from Congruent Ventures I, L.P., an early stage venture fund focused on sustainable technologies, in exchange for a SAFE.

Xtelligent operates within the intercommunication equipment and systems industry and produces traffic management equipment, including display monitors, computers, auto compasses and software used to manage traffic.
