Bill has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and dealing with the general corporate issues faced by emerging growth companies.

He has served on the boards of public and private corporations, finance and audit committees, and civic and charitable organizations.

Bill is a general partner of the Investment Group of Santa Barbara, a private investment company managing both private and public equity portfolios solely for the principals of the organization.

He has written numerous articles on corporate and securities laws and lectured on various panels and programs dealing with all aspects of corporate law and corporate finance.
