Stradling M&A: Represents GeoMicro, Inc. in its Sale to Descartes Systems

Stradling represented GeoMicro, Inc., a California-based company that provides advanced geographic information systems and navigation products, in its acquisition by Descartes Systems Group (Nasdaq:DSGX) (TSX:DSG).

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Corporate partner Numan Siddiqi led the Stradling team, which also included associates Goody Agahi and Anthony Consoli and Tax partner Shahzad Malik.

Stradling represented Norm Marshall and Associates, Inc. (and its affiliates), the world leader in entertainment marketing and product placement services, in its acquisition by GreenLight, LLC, a global media licensing consultancy and wholly-owned subsidiary of Corbis Holdings, Inc.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
