Our influence, thanks to those clients, now spreads throughout the world, wherever growth is taking place. Increasingly, larger companies who can no longer rationalize certain purchase decisions are entrusting the firm with critical matters once held in reserve for firms with many more lawyers and offices. How We Serve

Because law firms deliver services through people, a partnership must exercise great care in who it hires and how it trains those lawyers who deliver services - in order that each client experiences uniform excellence. We've worked over the years to select and retain lawyers who can become part of a culture that delivers excellent work product, incisive thinking, business acumen, and a user-friendliness that is second to no other law firm in the world. Often the law firm on the other side of a transaction is much larger and headquartered elsewhere. Our ongoing goal is to have our clients report that we were "excellent on the deal." We find that the CFO who uses us on one IPO and later changes company affiliations will likely look us up again. Or, the GC with a securities litigation matter or special investigation will find special expertise they can call on throughout their legal career.
