In addition to our experience dealing with equity investors, we have negotiated a large number of construction loans, mezzanine debt transactions and permanent loans, including credit enhancement, loan assumptions, use of public financing through community facility districts, assessment districts, multi-family housing revenue bonds, housing credits and other forms of project finance. We have negotiated inter-creditor agreements, loan participations and other vehicles often utilized by investors, lenders and developers in order to accomplish their needs.
