Kathleen joins the firm with significant experience in securities enforcement and complex litigation matters.

Kathleen was a senior counsel with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in Washington, D. C.

More recently, Kathleen taught classes in SEC Enforcement at the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Kathleen started her career as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. At Latham, Kathleen assisted companies and individuals involved in complex business litigation involving securities, professional liability class actions, audit defense, white collar crime and licensing disputes.
