Stradling represented Norm Marshall and Associates, Inc. (and its affiliates), the world leader in entertainment marketing and product placement services, in its acquisition by GreenLight, LLC, a global media licensing consultancy and wholly-owned subsidiary of Corbis Holdings, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not announced. Corporate partner James Thoma led the Stradling team, which also included associates Goody Agahi and Margaret Karakashian and Tax partner Shahzad Malik. |
