Fred represents both debtors and creditors in out-of-court debt restructurings and in Chapter 9 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and has represented business debtors and confirmed Chapter 11 plans in the bankruptcy courts in California, Nevada and Delaware.
Represents the Royal Bank of Scotland in the disposition of mortgage assets acquired in chapter 11 case of American Home Mortgage Corp. and related litigation.
Counsel to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the disposition of aircraft assets of failed banks and on implementation of Orderly Liquidation Authority provisions of Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
