Bradley R. Neal’s primary emphasis is on public law, particularly municipal finance. His experience includes acting as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel for a variety of entities and instruments, including multifamily housing revenue bonds, land-secured financings, water and sewer revenue bonds, general fund financings and 501(c)(3) bonds.
Mr. Neal received his J.D., cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Notre Dame, having earned a B.A. in accounting and finance in 1995 from the University of Arizona.
