Jeremy G. Suiter‘s practice focuses on complex business litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on securities litigation, including shareholder class actions, derivative claims and regulatory investigations.
Mr. Suiter received his J.D. degree in 1999 from Georgetown University, having received his B.A. degree in 1996 from the University of California, Riverside. He served as law clerk to the Ho Mary Beck Briscoe, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, and to the Hon. Richard W. Vollmer, Jr., U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama.
He is a co-author of "Assing the Impact of the New Law on Punitive Damages" published in Los Angeles Lawyer, Vol. 28, No. 2 (April 2005), "The Cooperation Cumundrum" published in Wall Street Lawyer, Vol. 8, No. 2 (July 2004), and "The 'Representative Services' Doctrine: The Historical Origins and Unanswered Questions” in LA Litigator, Vol. 18, No. 1 (September 2003).
