Experience
E. Kurt Yeager has practiced public law with an emphasis on municipal finance since 1978. His principal practice is as bond counsel to public agencies, but he also represents underwriters, issuers, banks, and private developers in connection with public finance and other transactions. He pioneered the use of industrial development bonds in California, as well as multifamily housing finance bonds in the early 1980s, and has served as a city attorney, general counsel to redevelopment agencies, and general counsel to water districts, with broad familiarity in the area of infrastructure finance and economic development finance. He is a frequent lecturer on municipal finance matters.

Mr. Yeager received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law in 1978 and his A.B. from the University of California, Davis, in 1975.

Special Honors and Memberships
Mr. Yeager is a member of the State Bar of California. He is the president of the Board of Trustees of the Regional Center of Orange County, and a member of the boards of the Newport-Harbor Educational Foundation, and the American Youth Soccer Organization.
