Marc G. Alcser practices corporate and securities law. He represents public and private companies in diverse industries in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Mr. Alcser received his B.S. in Business/Finance in 1991 from the University of Southern California. He received his J.D. in 1996 from the University of California, Davis. There, he authored an article entitled "The Howey Test: A Common Ground for Common Enterprise Theory," in the Summer 1996 edition of the Law Review, for which he also was Research Editor, and he completed an externship with the Honorable Edward J. Garcia, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Mr. Alcser is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association (Business and Intellectual Property Sections) and the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Alcser is also a member of ACG Orange County and OCTANe and serves on the Board of the Vista Verde Foundation.
