Kerrigan R. Bennett, a shareholder in the San Francisco office of the firm, practices in the area of public law with an emphasis on the financing of school and college facilities. His work has included extensive experience in school district and college district general obligation bond financings, as well as lease financings, certificates of participation, revenue bond financings, conduit issues for 501(c)(3) organizations, and other post-employment benefit bonds.
Mr. Bennett received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2000 and his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1988.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bennett served as a pilot in the U.S. Navy for 8 years.
